Crystal turned and saw the Bulbori dive under water. she copied and saw a glowing line of flowers that she was sure could only be seen under water. She swam as fast as she could to catch up with the Bulbori.

'They are like me.' Rue thought diving and seeing the flowers. 'And to think that I never knew there were people like me out here!' She filled them making sure to keep pace with the Griffi. 'I can't leave even a one behind, not with the hunters so close. I can't lose the ones I just found.'

Crystal's lungs were starting to hurt and she stuck her head above the surface taking a gulp of air then dived back into the water. I hope i didn't doom us all she thought grimly as she thought of the Bulbori who was now helping her and the Faelora who didn't owe them anything but helped them anyway Maybe there's still some hope in sylestis after all

Ekka saw the Griffi and the Faelora then looked ahead, their was a log bridge and the hunters lined up on top of it with sharp teeth and claws. 'oh no you don't' she thought then increased her pace, dived down to the bottom of the river then leaped up, in a flash she found herself in a thorn ball and heard the log shattering and screaming and frantic splashing. 'i never done this before' she though then landed back in the water. the thorn vines retracted back to the lime green spots on her back and glowed green. 'i better think this out at the lake' she thinks then leaps above the surface again to show the Griffi and Faelora she is ok then dives back under the water

Air. Air! Rue fought her way to the surface of the river coughing as she fought for breath. These sylesti were like her, they could do things like she did. For years she had searched for them and now she found them all, it was so nice to find them. She urged the Griffi on. "Come on now we are almost there, keep swimming." She incourages as she swims past.

Crystal nodded and struggled to keep up with the other sylesti already the faelora had passed her and Crystal could tell she was slowing down the river might have not been such a great idea she thought as she struggled to swim on her fur and feathers had gathered so much water that they were beginning to weigh her down. She clamped her beak shut trying to concentrate on keeping her head above the water just a little longer she thought willing herself to keep going

Ekka looked back to the Griffi and Faelora and saw them struggling to swim, she swims underneath them and the vines from her spots make a makeshift boat and she swims along the river with them on a boat of vines from her back

Crystal looked at the vine boat benieth her "thanks" she said gratefully and spread her wings to try and shake the water out of them making sure to not smack he Faelora "Brace yourself" she said to her and then made a strong warm wind blow at her and the Faelora warming them up and drying them off. She folded her wings close to her sides "much better. Now does anyone have any good ideas?"
