ha, they all said 'take your time', both when they ordered and the last time i updated them. it's against the ToS here to take too long though...i gotta make up for that.

Ooh, I forgot it's against ToS here. But hmmm, I think that's more of a warning for the, "Don't take payment for art then not draw art" kind of thing. I don't think most really mean not to draw the request. ^.^'' So idk how literally you should take it. :p I personally always take payment at the end too ahah. Idk everyone I've had commission me has been kind. o: (I think? o.o) Can't imagine what experiences you've had.

heh, i haven't taken any payments yet that haven't been for completed sketches/pieces so! in fact for these i've taken nothing yet.

it's a bit of incentive for me to finish, too, esp since i just did 90% of my coloring page entry and that clearly means i have time/energy for commissions :T

most of mine have been good, there's been a few times, only on gaia, where i've sent the pic then they never pay me, or they never approve the wip, etc etc. i usually put a really obvious watermark on it so they don't do that, and only send the un-marked one after they've paid. after losing 500kg commissions when that was a lot in the economy was a real eye opener.

but people are nicer here, and honestly i doubt i'll have that problem any time soon.
