Update...
I'm....really disappointed....its turning out nothing close to what I wanted T.T I feel like it looks like a giant, fuzzy gray sausage...and idk how to fix it, if it even can be fixed...Also, head is too big, wings are too high (and floppy, they dont stay up), and the body segments got twisted somehow when i sewed them together....it just looks..a.wful T.T

Actually, I think it looks rather impressive, considering. It doesn't need to be perfect. You obviously have talent with making plushes (the most I could ever do is take some felt and mash it into a ball) and I think Snugnoodle turned out beautifully.
Gray sausage or not, it's your gray sausage. Embrace its glory!! (literally & figuratively)
Also, I believe you said this was your first time without a set pattern? Think of this as a learning experience. A gray, squishy learning experience with wings.

I agree with Rhythm. This was your first for a lot of things (first time making something so big, first making your own pattern, ect.). Not only that, but when you hit a little bump in the process of making it, you worked around it, which is a great thing to do when making something. Plus, there are some things I think you did well. The design of the wings look really nice, they're just placed up a little high, and may be just a tad small. I also like how you handled the eyes. I thought it was really clever.
I'm not a plushie maker or sewer, so I'm not 100 percent sure, but it seems like there may have been some kind of issue with the pattern. I personally wouldn't want you to give up on this and start over, or edit your original pattern. Maybe even get some advice from other plushie makers on what they might do in the situation or what needs to be worked on.
This is honestly a great start, so don't give up. Also, one little piece of advice I can give is when you're working on something, especially a 3D object, if something isn't working right, or how you want it to, then stop. Observe exactly what's happening and why it's happening. Take a look at the design and pattern, and see if something needs to be adjusted. When I took 3D Design and Sculpture in school these things helped greatly. A project I did would have looked terrible if I didn't adjust it along the way, even when I was over half way done with it.
Also, a lot of plushie makers on dA that I watch who make their own patterns didn't start out that fantastic, but they took what they learned and applied it to either a remake of that design or to new designs.
Overall, what I'm trying to say is not to get discouraged and take this experience and apply it to your next attempt. You can only improve from here :)

Omg! I love it! Fuzzy gray sausage or not, it's still an adorable fuzzy gray sausage. I want one so bad... Might try making a Nixi... Looking up wolf patterns...
Have given up(what, four months later) on finding a wolf pattern. Sigh. I love fuzzy gray sausages.
