It's a looot of practice, good brush settings, fewer/longer strokes, repeatedly hitting undo, and Sai's glorious pen stabalizer that adds a slight stroke delay and eliminates shakiness! That's the formula to smooth lineart!

Just wanted to say something - you could easily get over 1-200k per painting, even though they're just bust shots. When I was a newbie, I sold sketches for around 50-100k, and you're better than I am.
