The phoenix spreads her wings. "Greetings my young crew." Her voice was enchanting, sweet and up lifting. "As you may know our world is changing. I have assembled you to help me try and find the cause of this."

Shadora scratched her ear before she spoke though to everyone around it must have seemed more like a series of barks and growls but that was because she was speaking directly to Brisinger "I know not who you call young one but I am most defiantly older than you pup and if you speak of our changing world than you speak of normal things like time, destruction due to man, changes in the weather that change a place completely, unless you speak of the spreading sickness that seems to be infecting every race from Dwarves to centaurs and phoenix's like yourself to demon's like me"

Garth once again bowed his head forward slightly. "We are all here for that very reason. There is something very wrong happening. If not stopped I fear not only for Enchantra, but also for the world we were once a part of. For what effects one could very well effect both. I will give you all the help I can in this quest."

Gasps can be heard from the scattered customers in the common room of the inn as what had appeared to be a tree growing up through the corner of the space by the fire began to shift and move. The trunk resolved itself into a more human-looking form, a face appearing from between two rapidly receding branches. It was a mind-boggling sight to those who had never seen the likes of a dryad before. The tall, almost feminine tree creature took two great, swaying strides towards the assembled group of travelers, head nearly brushing the ceiling; leaves on the random branches still emerging from her back shivered with the motion. Her attention was directed at the phoenix perched at the head of the table, and a look of recognition passed between them.

"Good of you to join us, Apheida," said the bird, melodiously.

The dryad's mouth slowly quirked into something resembling a smile as she surveyed the motley crew of adventurers. Roots sprung from the back of what could be seen as her legs or bisected trunk, depending on how you perceived it, curling into the shape of a gnarled stool, upon which she sat, settling herself between the satyr and the elf, towering over the both of them.

"Sorry for my lateness, Brisingr," she replied at length, her voice husky. "I was rather lost in thought for a moment there. Did not realize the early morning had passed me by. The dawn chorus has already come and gone..." she trailed off, apparently becoming enveloped in her thoughts again -- the only sign that she was not a plant being the slow, languid blinking of her surprisingly large, watery green pupil-less eyes, which she turned back to the phoenix.

Aur'rula finished the last of her small snack, putting the extra bits she had decided to save in her pack. She hadn't eaten much, but it was filling. Tired, she walked over to a nearby couch and lie down. She couldn't help notice the odd assortment of creatures gathered around a nearby table.

She turned around to see a Dryad forming and then looked back at the Phionex

seeing her chance shadora changed into a rat and jumped down from the chair and snuck over to where Aur'rula was and stuck her nose in the bag looking for the food she was hunger and this was a perfect chance for free food she snuck into the bag rooting around for the food

She looked at the Phoenix and said,"you may call me Octavia and I would be happy to help you."

Brisingr nods to the new group. "I will like you all to come with me, for i am growing close to my death. I will need a volunteer for your leader when i am gone, for when i am reborn i will have no knowledge of the happenings." she looks around the table. "Anyone?"

Shadora came out of the bag face full of food who better to lead than her she took her necko wolf form and walked to the table "I will lead the group i am the oldest and have lived many lives and seen many things wonder-us and horrid i know much and could lead this group well" she said turning into a Night phoenix and giving Brisinger a sign of respect in the phoenix way before turning back into her necko form

"I will lead this group on the adventure if you will allow this my feathered friend"
