Oooh! How is the Abyssal Aeri coming along? I adore corruption and tentacle wings is starting to suckion c- I mean grow on me. I really like the colors on the male best- the dark purple colors- over the green. How does pricing look for that project?

Also, are you needing anything for that one?

Originally the Abyssal Aeridini was supposed to be more brown/green but when generating the parents the color swing made them mostly purple and I decided to keep it because I liked it better. The preview images on the post are actually the images of the parents I generated if they were 2-vis rather than 2-carry.

Right now I don't need anything for that project. The generated parents are already adults and I'm breeding them in the hopes of getting 2-vis babies like this girl here:



As for pricing, I'm very flexible with that. Usually when it comes to fabled species I'll set a 10k base price plus another 10k for every visible trait (5k for carries) so a full 2-vis Abyssal Monster Aeridini would cost 30k.

Oh I could absolutely do that! I'm partial gender-wise because, although females make me a good amount of gold through breeding [rarely see one not recovering! I think my prices are too low...] I do have a very pretty girl hatchling that carries both traits and I really do want to breed some corrupted tentacle babies. Not sure how her colors would mash with the dark purple, though. This is her:


Either way, Oh mai GAD the girl you imaged looks absolutely terrifying and I LOVE IT! The shading looks like she's a monster coming out the murky depths and the lightning strikes are reflecting off of her shimmery tentacle wings and down her snake-like body! LOVE. IT!

She's really cute. I think her colors could fit quite nicely as long as the male is purple rather than green. I tracked down my original design for this project, just for reference's sake:

That's an amazing description of her and definitely what I was going for with this project. Now I'm really happy that the generated pair turned out purple because it fits the design much better.

Shall I add your request for a 2-vis purple male to the list? Also, in case your girl became an adult before I could provide you with the male you wanted (and let's hope we're not that unlucky), the male of the generated pair is up for breeding.

Yup. I have to admit I bred my girls with him for the genes (they're perfect for my other Aeridini project) but I love his coloring too.

Daw, thanks! Her colors just snatched up my eyeballs and those traits! I couldn't pass her up! I'll probably dye out the bright pink from her tail, though. That would look better if it were the same color as her body and wings.
I gotta say, this is one of those times where that nasty swing decides to help out instead! The green tinting looks super monstery and murky, but the dark purple looks deep and foreboding!
Sure thing! I'll see how he test breeds with my girly once you've bred him and I might come back for a female. They look super cool, and for 30K? I just might!
What's the other project? I'm glad you like him! A majority of my Aeri are bought from users who mass breed and put 98% of the babies up for sale and release what doesn't sell. I've saved a good amount of beauties and love to share them! I am super excited about the two 3-visuals that grew up a bit ago! I mean, 3-visuals! And my username is the original username! I'm pretty happy about that considering that they were random breedings, yet their colors are super nice, too! Even the girl who just shows leaf wings has amazing colors!

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure excitement is the right mood to have when talking about successful breedings and cute Sylesties.

My other project is the first project in this thread, the Blue Fairy Aeridini. I decided to start with bought pets rather than generating them because the traits I want are relatively common and I always find the extra challenge of it fun.

Oh duh, I knew that. I'm glad that you like his colors and traits! I always love seeing other people enjoy my finds, whether it's buying or breeding. I'm pretty picky and will often try to talk myself out of buying pets so I'm pretty happy with the pets that made the cut!
