Tears began forming in Vector's eye. "If I wanted a fake eye I would have had one by now!" He yelled, taking a step closer to her. he knew she was trying to be nice, but he knew making friends wouldn't help his past go away. He needed to figure it out on his own, he believed it was the best way. No one needed to be dragged in his past. He wanted friend so badly but he always scared people away.

Seeing the tear forming in his eye Yama suddenly didn't feel scared of him. " But you never asked anyone did you? " she asked and stopped backing away from him. " Do give you a fake eye? It could make you feel better about it...knowing it looks real..." she said hesitantly...not sure if he would get aggressive at what she said. She knew a Death could take her life at any moment and...that scared her...

Vincent stopped looked down, he didn;t ask for one. Would it help him cope, being able to see that he has two eyes. "I'm not sure." He said, his voice wavering a little. He was showing to much emotion and this girl could use him for something. No one was to be trusted. "It wouldn't fix the scarring." He muttered. His hand going to his face to fell the hard, etched in marks.

Yama smiled at him and hesitantly put a hand on his which was touching the scars. " They don't look that bad...besides...if you want you could borrow some of my make-up...just a bit to help cover them up if you want..." she suggested. She then wondered what Shimi's reaction to her bringing another male death into her room would be?
And then putting make-up on him...he would defentely he jealous...

Vincent was shocked, he didn't really know how to respond to that. This was the first Death who had invited him to do anything with them. He wasn't sure about the make-up part but talking to her made him feel better. "I'll have to think about it." He said, wiping away his tears. He couldn't believe he cried in front of her. He never had that sort of reaction with anyone else. "What's your name?" He asked, cruelness creeping back into his voice. He couldn't keep it out no matter how hard he tried. It was a part of him now. Anger, Sadness, and Grief is what made him.

Yama smiled a bit more, feeling like the Death was a lot happier. " I'm Yama...one of the scientists here..." she said, moving her hand which had touched his back to her side. " What's your name? "
She still felt a bit intimidated by him and when that tone of...cruelness...started up again she felt nervous and a bit more intimidated...he was taller and could easily snap her bones...she thought, wait...I shouldn't be having these thoughts...

Nobody had ever asked Vincent what his name was, they usually just backed up and ran away. "My name..." He murmurred. He was pretty sure his name was Vincent, that was what the scientist gave him. He hadn't heard his name after he was first created, no one ever called for him. "My name is Vincent... I think." He muttered and gave her a small smile.

Yama looked confused when he said 'I think' after saying his name. " Okay..." she then said simply. She didn't know exactly what to say next...she was never the best person at starting up connversations...usually just said a few things then kept silent and only said 'yes' or 'no'...like I said, not the best person at starting up a conversation. " We could go back to my room...to put on the make-up now if you want...?" she finally said after a long pause.

Vincent grimaced, he wasn't into that whole make-up idea. "What's the point? I don't even have my fake eye yet." He said through clenched teeth. he hated talking about it and the urge to slap her was strong. Yes she was the first person he really talked to here but she didn't have to be so nice. Especially since he is so mean.

(He's confusing ya!?)

Yama smiled nervously. Fear and feeling intimidated by him creeping back in. " Well it might make you feel a bit more confident about it before you get the fake eye......? " she said, making it sound like a question as she looked away nervously. She now slightly regretted going over to talk to him...but at the same time didn't because he just seemed to be lost and confused... " It was just a suggestion..." she then muttered to herself afterwards.
