What about adding small pictures or icons to the nurture prompts? Like a fire icon for "this eggling is warm" and a snowflake icon for "this eggling is cool"? Something like this:

It'd have to be more abstract for some of the other prompts, but I think the general idea would still work.

Would this help the people with language difficulties without making it too easy for others?

Good idea! That would definitely help me, and I imagine would probably be helpful for dyslexia too (though I can't speak for dyslexic folks so take that with a grain of salt). And that would be equivalent to looking at the words, so it wouldn't make it any easier to solve the minigame overall, it would just make it easier for people with language processing issues to not have to read the words so much.

I like the idea of emotes, my stupidly synesthetic brain can't tell the difference between "bored" and "slow". They're both dark blue, lol.

Heh. That was actually the top of my list of ideas atm. So if that's an acceptable solution, I wouldn't mind going that route.

Just gonna say that currently, seeing the fire icon for "this egg is warm" would make my brain hit the red colored button which is also "warm," or maybe the orange "clean" button, neither of which are the correct solution. Same with the ice icon for "this egg is cool" being blue and the "cool" button being blue. My brain would go "it's blue; hit blue!" like the game Simon, not "it's blue; hit red!"

I'd struggle big-time if it's color reversals for what I'm supposed to do. .__.

Yeah that's a good point. If the icons could be colour-matched that would be ideal.
