Velvet frowned, her forehead creasing, and said politely, "I don't get it. But whatever. Just fix Amber's ribs so we can get back to training!" Then, directed at Amber, she whispered, "Why do you have to be so delicate Amber? Every single time, it seems you're more fragile and I have to go slower, and use less force. I think I need to start training you rather than the other way around!" Grinning, she faced the doctor again, and said, "Go on. I have my sword at the ready if you dobt hurry up." Just to emphasize that, she ran around the lady 10 times in a second, slicing her sword in the air around her, careful not to touch her. Yet. "You can't avoid me, so just do what I say, and no one gets hurt. That means you." she said, rethinking what she said.

The woman sighed. "Well, from the look of it, she may need surgery..." She said truthfully. "But that's a last resort and I think I can help you." She said. "Well, at least we can do an X-Ray first. I don't think it broke in two pieces, but better safe than sorry."

"Go ahead. Do whatever you have to to fix her. Just not anything extreme." Velvet said, rethinking about hoe she phrased that. A low moan escaped from Amber, and Velvet said, "You should probably do it now before it gets any worse."

She sighed. "Alright. But even if when she's better, don't be rough or it'll break again. If it's not in two pieces, the best thing you can do is wait until it heals." She warned. She threw away her current gloves and snapped on new ones. "Can I see where it hurts?" She asked.

Moaning, Amber lifted her hand and circled her finger around her entire left side. "Amber! I thought it was just one rib! Not all of them!" Velvet said, exasperated now. Sighing, she started pacing around the room, waiting for the doctor to finish. She hated blood. It made her sick

"Oh wow. But none of them look too bad." She said. None really looked serious. "Nothing 'extreme' needed. I'll give you a prescription." She told her. "I can give her a chest protector." She offered. "I can't really do anything much besides that because none of them look too seriously broken. But she needs to rest. No laughing or extreme movements. But if she breaks it next time and it's serious, she may need surgery."

"I guess that means so training. I'll leave you at the palace for you to rest." (Did Coradrawa accept Arian and Kate yet? This is a perfect chance to kidnap Amber). Turning to the doctor, she said, "Yes. Give her a chest protector and a prescription."

"Thays good." She said, knowing the girl had heard her. She stood up and went to a counter. "Okay, um, here!" She said and got out a bottle. She got some papers. "Can you, or her sign these?" She asked. She got out a pen. "Can you two wait here? I'm going to get the chest protected, alright? No touching anything." She told them. "I'll be right back."

"Yeah yeah yeah. No touching. Got it." Velvet said, while signing where the lady told her to. "Amber, you're not training with me for a while alright? You have to rest those ribs." Looking at the bottle the doctor gave her, her expression puzzled. "What's axythphsemer?"

Mensulla walked out of the pet store. She bought kitty nibbled for Zuzu. She petted Zuzu on the head and walked across the street to her house. It was weird how she lived across a pet store. She laughed at Zuzu licking her hand and reached for her keys to open the front door. She went inside and put the food in the kitchen. Grabbing a harness from a nearby rack. She put it on Zuzu and was excited to see that her cat didn't mind. She reached for her cell phone in dialed Kuro's number. She put it to her ear and listened to it ring. She hoped he picked up. "Come on Zuzu!" She said and attached the leash to the harness. She was planning on walking her cat. She walked out the front door with Zuzu on her tail.
