I'm not sure either but I think you go to your inventory, click the little envelope with a green arrow at the bottom of the inv slots, and type in my ID and add a CoD of 50kg to 2 greater pet dyes.

It doesn't let me. It says on the side, untradeable.

If you hover over an item you can see if it's tradeable or not. If it says "not tradeable" then you can't trade it to anyone or sell it. You have to use it yourself.
