Before this, there comes the question of, will we be doing this in first or third person? Also, what would you like to call this RP? And discord would be fine, but just know my replies will be more sparatic over there.
Name:
Beckett Claymont
Appearance:
A 6'1 man with tan skin and dark brown hair. He's littered in small scars, the most notable being barbed-wire looking scars around his wrists, ankles, and neck. They're fairly obvious and Beckett doesn't mind them, as he's grown quite used to them. He's descended from a member of the Tabaxi race, and he has many obvious signs of such, although he still looks mostly human. Most notably of his cat-like features are his pointed cat ears atop his head, although he often keeps them folded over and hidden within his shaggy, wavy hair, and his eyes. His eyes are bright ambery gold, with silted cat-like pupils.

Nineteen
Weapon:
Prefers to fight with a simple greatsword. It's generally a two-handed weapon, but he easily uses it with one, and he often carries a sheild in his off-hand. His weapons are usually a mishmash of random scrap materials that he melts down to make into his own weapons. They aren't the strongest, but they're easy to make and replace.
Magic:
Highly refined fire magic. He's been training with this magic sense he was six, and has grown to resent it to an extent. Although he no longer hates it, he still tries to avoid using it, especially in a fight. Although he uses it quite often in his line of work.

Despite his gruff exterior, Beckett is a huge softie. He loves animals and children, and they tend to love him right back. Although, he does not take nonsense and doesn't like it when the people around him fight. He's also a bit greedy when it comes to his personal belongings, as he was raised around three other siblings, he didn't get to keep much to himself as a child.

Strengths:
He's very good at understanding people, and respecting them because of it. Also, looking generally intimidating is a pretty big strength too.

Beckett is a jealous person, and has a hard time seeing people he cares about moving on from their friendship with him and making other friends. He also despises the god who gave him his power, and as most people in this city are very religious, that tends to cause issues.

Vance Walker
Appearance:
Straight, bright red hair (think like-firetruck red), with eyes the same color. UnlikeBeckett, Vance has a very friendly and welcoming face. He looks like he wants to be everybodys best friend. 5'9, but tends to wear platforms to boost him to 5'10 ish. He tends to wear his hair in a low ponytail or a loose braid.

Eighteen
Weapon/Magic:
Although he's not technically a magic user, he does have the unique skill to remember his past lives. The tradeoff is that he never lives past 21, always dying in some unfortunate circumstance that's seemingly beyond his control. He has a theory that if he can live past his 21st birthday, he can finally stop being reincarnated and go to the afterlife.
As far as weapons are concerned, he avoids fights at all costs. But, in case something does happen, he carries around a set of iron knuckles because he is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat.

He comes across as very open and frinendly, but he's actually a very private person. Although he does enjoy talking to people he does not enjoy sharing much of his personal life. And the more you he gets to know you, the more you realize you know nothing about him. His ability to get people to feel comftrable around him makes him a very effective detective.

Strengths:
His mind and memory. Both are incredibly sharp.

"Family" over the years Vance has been born into dozens of families. He's stoped caring about them, and people in general, not bothering to care to get close to anyone, as it's only going to get everyone hurt

So, a few questions. Are our OC's in the same guild? What will the RP be called? And will we be writing in first or third person? I would prefer if our OC's were in the same guild, as it would make intereactions between them easier.

Nikolas "Niki" Nari
Appearance:
At first glance, Niki looks completely nonthreatening. He has long pink hair that goes down to about the base of his spine. He stands at about 5'6. He has sharp, observant red eyes. He often wears a hood to cover up his very notable hair. He most often wears it in a braid or in a low bun. He has loosely shaped bangs that he sometimes lets hang around his face, but they're long enough to be tied back with whatever hairstyle he has if needed. He's pretty pale, and tends to burn before he'd tan. He has pointed ears, with him being a half-elf.

Weapon/Magic:
Niki is not a magic user. Rather than that, he focuses on things like toxins and poisons. He's an incredibly talented poison maker, and often has an array of different bottles and pouches on his belt filled with lethal and nonlethal toxins and poisons. As for weapons, he has some that he uses most often. He has a Rapier called Timios that's always on his hip. As well as that, he has a set of six daggers that he always carries on him across various parts of his body. The blades were tempered in a dragon's venom, which is very toxic, and even just a small slice from one of these blades could lead to weeks of incredible pain, loss of limbs, or even death in children, the elederly, and the sickly.

Niki is incredibly prickly. He doesn't like people and isn't afraid to make that fact known. Aside from that, he's honest to a fault, to the point that makes people think he's even more of a jerk. People say his word means more to him than his own life, and if he gives you his word, it'd do you good to believe him. He's obsessed with money and wants nothing more than to become incredibly wealthy, and will do anything to get there. There are many rumors that he's also an assassin for hire, but there's no proof to that.

He's incredibly quick and agile, due to his size. He's also smart and has an easy tie seeing through liars.

I mean, I could help with the plot, if you'd like? Maybe that would help. I have a running plot that hasn't been resolved yet, so it'd be easy enough.
Basically, there's a magical killer that Vance has been tracking down for hundreds of years. Vance believes that, much like him, this killer is being reincarnated every time he dies. But, as they'll find out, this killer is actually a minor god who's lost his mind and is now running rampant killing people. Vance and Beckett actually meet after this killer gets Becketts adoptive father figure, the previous blacksmith. We could go on a serial killer hunt for the plot?
