Maybe I can add a gimmick to reference source material; upon taking too much damage on specific areas they shatter, reducing her defenses in that area. This can happen multiple times, and due to the lack of regeneration genes within her creation, it takes a while to recover from that.

How about a Mizutsune?

It's only thing is that it's pretty fast, but otherwise its just a big ol bean

Probably not. The only possibly 'overpowered' thing about the Mizutsune is the Soulseer, a battle-scarred and older version. It's thing is that when it enters Rage Mode, its water damage converts to fire, which in this case its water jets and bubbles hit to a boiling point, but I doubt that's OP compared to meteor strike dragon.

None of the entities within the Monster Hunter franchise use magic, but that's fair.

(well except the insect glaive but that's a weapon that's really weird so ignore that lol)
