"Yup!" She said, a little too cheerfully. "I'm--" Thunder booms again. "--fine!" Her voice broke

He bit his lower lip in worry. "Body language is frantic,voice pitch to excessive.Reactions triggered by the thunder."

Also, he could probably taste the fear. She laughed, albeit nervously. "I dunno what you're talking about."

"Forced laugh,I knew genuine laughs.Also." he stood,his height really standing out,and he came over and sat maybe two feet away from her. "Your fear tastes like sea salt." He said,being honest.

She looked away from him, glaring out the window. Would she be able to hide anything from this guy?! "Yeah, but..." she couldn't really think of anything to say to that. It wouldn't matter if she had, either, because thunder sounded loudly over them, and she choked back a scream, hugging herself

He sighs and stands again,returning to his corner. "I will leave you be." And he curls up again,rocking himself to try and ignore the major taste of her fear tanging into his mouth and dripping down his throat. He understood fear but clearly she didn't want him anywhere close,even though she seemed rather scared.

Aaaand then she was clinging to him, shaking like a leaf in the wind

He was shocked,but move his legs to the side and put his arms around her in a protective manner.But his face was turned away and he felt like he wanted to get as far away from Gun girl as possible. He felt like puking at the salty taste flooding his mouth and lathering his throat from the sense of her fear.

Yeah, it was turning into raw terror as the thunder grew louder, closer

It made him stomach churn with that feeling,as it turned from salt but then to a stale and sour taste. "Hey,you're okay.You're okay." He said to her rather gently and...well,knowing nothing else he could do...let his wings burst from his back and rip the back of his shirt as they rapped around her.The feathers soft as heck and lovely layered. They tenderly wrapped around her in his arms and where warm and calming. He didn't seem to really change to a monstrous beauty at all,just...winged Vexin with an angelic beauty in those teal eyes. Now if only he smiled.
