Unknown Horseman is a boss from the Lost Grove Temple.

Tarthis, the Consumed comes into existence after a player's team does enough damage to The Unknown Horseman. Basically, the rider and the Qitari separate, and Tarthis is the rider

Dreadhoof comes into existence after a player's team does enough damage to The Unknown Horseman. Basically, the rider and the Qitari separate, and Dreadhoof is the Qitari.

I don't know the name of this boss, since I never encountered her and don't know anyone who did, but reportedly she first appeared in the Lost Grove's Ancient Temple during the 2025 Week of Love Event.
