"Hey pipsqueak. That thing is bigger than you." Kerri saw the blond dodo trying to lift up something much heavier than her and he shook his head.
"come here. You clearly are going way in over your head." Kerri tsked. "I never thought I would see the day I would meet someone worse than you, Danielle. Congratulations! You went up a knotch."

Danielle squeaked an upset "hey!" before she shyly waved at Aris.

"Our nurse is here, but I expect you to control your lightning. If you can't control it, don't use it." He told Draycil, glad we were fairly off to the side. "Alright, come at me whenever you're ready."

Aris didn't know whether to be grateful or offended. She waved back to the girl as she walked over with her dagger. "I can carry this, I think." She told Kerri, holding it up.

"So you are going to start by waving your pointy stick at your enemy without supporting yourself? Your legs are open. I can knock you on your fanny before you can blink." Kerri sighed. "honestly.... Never mind. Keep a hold of the dagger if you want but I would rather see if you know anything about self-defense first before I help you with offense."

"Or you can stop being rude and introduce me!" Danielle pouted. Kerri rolled his eyes. "Asking me to use my memory. Geez. Okay, Aris, this is my sister Danielle. Danielle, Aris. Now hug it out or whatever you girls do and lets get started."
Danielle propped a hand on her hip and gave the meanest stink eye her doe-eyes could muster as she smiled hesitantly at Aris.
"it is nice to meet you..." She said quietly.

Zoe disappeared again, getting bored just standing there. She reappeared in the training and weapons room, which is where it seems all the action was. She spotted some students scattered around, testing weapons and stuff. Of to the side though, she saw a fairly older man (who she assumed was the headmaster), and another student whom looked like they were about to have a showdown. Curious, Zoe made her way over there under the ability of invisibility, as not to distract them.

"It's nice to meet you too, Danielle." Aris replied. "So, um... let's get started?" She said, getting in what she hopes is a ready position.

Blue looked at the weapons and gulped. "Why is it so hard to pick a weapon..." she mumbled

Nikolai walked to the front lobby and was pleased to see that he was in the same dorm as last year. He only wished he had a roommate. He then went to the arena, finding that it was full of students. He walked over to a unicorn half-breed who was standing by the weapons table. "Need some help deciding?" He asked.

"Y.. yes please." She said quietly.

"I personally have a spiked chain, but it's pretty difficult to handle so I wouldn't recommend it. Swords and bows are pretty mainstream, but they're good. I personally don't like daggers. Scythes are cool, rapiers are interesting. I haven't really tried anything else." Nikolai said, sharing his 'expertise'. It was mostly just his personal opinion.
