Yes. Anything that people but up for a price is for sale and you are free to purchase if you choose to do so by clicking the view prices button and then purchase.
However, it seems that quitari has just been purchased by another player in this time 0.0
I do have another purebred sweetheart quitari girl up for sale, the one i have now even has a vis trait - zebra :)
