Jason put his talons harshly to his snout and forced himself to be quiet,despite how hard it was to listen past the way his head was spinning.

"If you're torn about whether you want to be with Goodfellow, tell me now. I'll step down, give you space, whatever you want me to do." Ash trembled, just a little, as he said this. His heart sped up as he turned into Jason's room. "Just answer me this today, and I'll never ask you again. Do you love him?"

Jason shook and he knew he was to answer Ash,but he didn't know for sure right now because Puck seemed perfectly fine with just ... leaving. He tried to actually speak but it came as a dragonic sound rather than english.

Ash waited, his whole body tense like a coiled wire.

He was finally able to speak some words but they where a struggle. "I...still love you both..." But his voice was very soft.

Ash didn't say anything, but it was possible to hear his faint sigh, as if he'd been holding his breath.

Jason curled up in his wings,shaking as his world spun and dipped again,shutting his eyes tight. He couldn't sleep no matter how he wanted to,and these emotions causing this weren't slowing or lessening.

"What do you want me to say?" He asked quietly, as if he could sense Jason's restlessness

He didn't really want him to say anything specific,just wanted things to be normal. He wanted his heart to stop hurting,for his emotions to stop ripping at him the way they felt they where being ripped at,he loved both Ash and Puck.No matter how he tried to love just one.

Ash paused. After a moment, he started humming a soft, slow melody, drowning out the silence. It was a haunting, peaceful tune, which would remind some of falling snow and hibernating trees and animals huddled in their dens, sleeping the winter away.
