The knight drove another knife into Luna's chest.

By now her heart was pumping mana
Her eyes turned a bright blue, and all her veins were a bright blue as well
She grabbed the knife blade with her hand
Not seeming to care if she hurts herself

The knight sensed the energy, and flooded his weapon with unholy energy.
Suddenly, slithery words came from Ethan. His eyes were burning, and his head had turned inside out, wet, slick, and with four tentacles around his mouth. His finger was pointed at the knight. The knight growled, "Slee-"
Suddenly, he collapsed to th ground dead, and Ethan fell too, his head back to normal. He was entirely unconscious.

Luna glanced at the two
Then sighed
She wished he didn't get involved

(Well, he couldn't stand to see her be stabbed multiple times. If it wasn't obvious, he really likes her.)
