Micah hugged him even tighter for a moment, then remembered Ray's broken wing and let him go, still grinning like a dork. "So neither of us are allowed to die, because the other would be too upset about it. Deal?"

Ray stopped purring for a moment at the tight hug, but when Micah released him, he was purring like a motorcycle's motor again. He nods at Micah, grinning back at him, "No dying allowed. Hugs encouraged."

Micah laughed and hugged him again, tucking his head in the crook of Ray's neck and humming happily.

Ray hugs him back, smiling brightly. It was hard to think of a time he'd been happier. From Micah's perspective in the crook of Ray's neck, the purring sounded louder.

Micah closed his eyes and just enjoyed the hug.

"Enough PDA already. Glad to see you two get together, though." Austyn says, seeming to just appear next to them. He would be going somewhere else Janet wanted in a moment, but he couldn't resist the temptation of seeing how his friends were doing. Ray's purring stops almost instantly as he is surprised, and it takes him a few moments to calm himself down.

(Edit: *takes bow* Either by adorableness or otherwise they shall conquer the world. and then teach everyone how to purr and be adorable. *nods*)

Micah moved away quickly, blushing profusely. "We're not together!"

"You suuuuuuuuuuuuure?" Austyn says, leaning forward towards the two. Ray hides his face with his hands.
"No, I'm not sure." He mumbles, at first trying to pull his wings in front of him to wrap around himself and hide himself, but a tug and a small amount of pain reminded him that he couldn't do that.

Micah smiled sheepishly. "I'm... Not really sure either." Very softly, and uncertainly, he added, "but I'd like to be with you."

Ray squeaks and looks up at Micah, "I would like that too."
Austyn watches on, grinning like the fool he is and bouncing on his toes slightly.
