"No, I don't. The sickness makes humans act in very strange ways. They tend to share some sort of goal, often heading west like you were and often taking magic beings with them. They seem to lose their awareness of anybody around them, although this clears once they're at the final stage like he was."

"I don't think so. They also seem to sense when another human has the sickness. It seems to repel them, like two positives on a magnet. However, when a magic being is carrying it (they can be carriers but don't actually get sick), they seem to be attracted to it. It's weird."
