Anthony headed up to his room and crawled into bed. He managed to fall asleep almost instantly.

Lily went to the nearest chair and pulled her dress up just above her calf. She had a deep gash. It wasn't bleeding too much. No wonder she couldn't walk very well. She started looking for bandages.

When she found the bandages, she wrapped her calf. It burned worse than fire. She put the bandages back and stared at her hands. There was a scar where she had held the thorn back at the castle. She stared at it.

Anthony was dreaming. His father was leaning over Keira. "Shall we see what will break out poor little Anthony?" Nightmare said. Anthony tried to get out of the dream.
