"Touche, touche indeed!" He looks at the kelpie and shrugs.

"We are nearing the flower fields, so if you," He points at the kelpie, "want to keep living, then I would suggest you wait here,"

(Because it's been a while:
you started in an underwater city, then started on a road to land. As you continued, however, the water became murkier and murkier. You couldn't figure out why, so you ran to land, hoping to escape the murkiness.)

As you step up on land, you realize that it is almost the same effect as it was in the water. Fog seems to pile up on itself, seeming ready to collapse on you. The effect is suffocating.

i run up too a tree and get leaf and try too fan it away

The leaf looks kind of sad, just limply fanning at air. The fog seems like a wall, but you soon notice that it seems to exude a certain power.

i walk closer and see if i can find the source

Darkness seems to grow from the core of the fog.
A crystal floats there, pulsing with dark power.

i run in and grab it

As your hand encloses it, you feel the energy running into your body. The fog swirls around you, like you are the eye of a hurricane. Just as you realize that all the power is funneling into you, you black out.

You wake up, your joints stiff and your muscles sore. You lay on a beach.

i look around

The sand from the beach fades into trees. There are several boat ruins, but by the looks of it, you aren't anywhere that any person has ever set foot on; that, however, doesn't do any justice for the animals.
