Frostpaw began leading the clan, then heard growls of a fight, she ran as fast as she could, the clan struggling to keep up with her. She burst through the bushes and barrels into the fox, pushing Icefeather away, and taking the furious bites the fox gave her. Pain rushed through her, blood splattering the forest floor around her.

"Frostpaw! I'll help you!" reassuring her kits, she jumped into battle with Startail, Frostpaw, and Snowpaw. Biting its nose, the fox scampered away.

*Snow jumped off, and watched as the fox ran away. Her eyes were wild and determined. As she saw the clan coming up behind the cats, she slunk into the shadows quietly hissing.

Snow ran through the forest, with the branches slapping her face. She got to the edge of the forest, and started to climb the mountain to her home. When she cleared the ridge, she looked down to see that her once beautiful capm had been over run with two legs, and their machines. Cat bodies lay everywhere.
