Jason didn't want to be rude or end up making it so Ash had to speak of it,and so he forced himself to speak.
"Once it was returned,Ash and Puck soon came back with a thorn guard dragged with them,and they proved to Queen Mab of the Iron fey situation and of Rowan,...*swallows*. Then I was to pay for my crimes,I was supposed to pay for causing...." he felt his left leg tremble a bit.

Ash sat in his chair, fingers laced under his chin, pretending no interest in the conversation.

Jason sorta hid a little in his hoodie. He was glad that Ash put that uninterested mask on but he didn't like having to explain it on his own. "I was to pay for causing Ash to,as she had called it,turn away from the winter court." He explained then the events of their conversation,that of Mab and Ash,and thankfully didn't leave out his own suicide threat.

"Mistress!"

Fortunately, Jason was saved by the noisy arrival of Razor Dan and his redcaps. Still dressed in matching butler suits with pink bow ties, the redcaps filed into the dining room, every one of them scowling at Jason. Ash's eyes widened, and he quickly hid his mouth under his laced fingers, but it was possible to see his shoulders shaking with silent laughter.

Luckily, the redcaps didnt notice. "We delivered the piano to the cabin, like you ordered," Razor Dan growled, the fishhook in his nose quivering indignantly.

Jason didn't even flinch under Razor Dans glare,not that he didn't feel uncomfortable under it.He remembered that he'd pointed a gun at Puck,and he held back from ripping Dan open with his bare claws. But his hands on his lap shifted to claws just in case,though more automatic than something he could control.

"And we stocked it with supplies, like you asked. Its all ready for the brat and his pets." He glared at Jason and bared his fangs, as if remembering their last little encounter. He had been in cahoots with Warren, the bitter half satyr whod tried to kidnap Jason and take him to the false king the last time he was here. Leanansidhe had punished Warren but spared the redcaps, saying they were only following their base instincts. Or maybe she just didnt want to lose her free slave labor.

Jason wondered which was the reason but he didn't antagonize Dan,just gave a calm nod and a soft smile,but his eyes cold and just as sharp in gaze as Dans bared fangs.

Grimalkin yawned widely and stretched. Curling his tail around himself, he regarded the Exile Queen without blinking and twitched an ear. "I believe you and I still have a wager to settle," he purred. "One that you lost, if you remember."

"You are a horrid creature, Grimalkin." Leanansidhe sighed and puffed a smoke-cat into the air, then sent a smoke-hound after it. "It seems I am destined to lose bargains today. Very well, cat, you can have your bloody favor. And may you choke on it when you try to call it in."

Grimalkin purred and seemed to smile. "This way," he told Jason, waving his tail as he stood. "We will have to go back through the cellar, but the trod is not far. Just be wary when we get there--Leanansidhe failed to mention that this particular spot is infested with bogles."

"What about Goodfellow?" Ash asked, before Jason could ask what a bogle was.

Jason stood and,with a respectful not to Leanansidhe,followed Grimalkin and Ash. He huffed softly that he didn't get a pauses chance to ask what a bogle was but also wanted to know if Puck was going to come or not.
