Her breathing slowed, "Azrail?" She almost instantly jumped off Aria and ran over to the red panda.

"That's what they call me." Azrail says, smiling before his legs give out underneath him. Zach heads over to the small shapeshifter.
"How did you escape?" Zach asks, scooping the boy in his arms. Azrail was hot to the touch. "And how can you manage being in fur if you're so hot?" Azrail tries to form words, but they fail him for a few minutes.
"Snake bit me." Azrail mutters. "He realized what he had done and tossed me out, leaving me for dead. And I'm not shifting back until I have proper clothes again." Zach gets the icey water canteen and places it on the red panda's forehead to try and cool him down.

"He was venomous? We need to get you to a doctor, unless you can heal yourself. I'm so sorry I left you, I just felt that I was on borrowed time. By how the girl was talking, we only had a matter of time to get out before the werebeasts came back in." She hugged Azrail.

"My immune system is currently trying to over come the venom." Azrail notes. "I'll probably be fine. Maybe. I've never had this happen to me before. And it's okay, Selene. The were beasts did come into the house once you left. I don't want to play two player games any more." Azrail leans against you.
Zach looks slightly confused at this comment.

"I'm not going to explain it. What else did they do to you when I left?" She keeps hugging Azrail and sits down on the ground.

"Snake made me heal all his followers and then started playing with me again, and that's when he bit me and then tossed me out. I followed your trail, and I didn't stop to rest. Except I accidentally did fall asleep once. A lava monster was petting me. I ran away from it and saw you guys and knew I had to catch up. I wasn't feeling too well but I had to catch up to you guys." Azrail says, resting his head on your chest. "And I'm tired."

"You can fall asleep on me while we're riding the horses, okay?" She mounted Aria while keeping Azrail on her chest.

"Okay." Azrail mutters, curling into a hot small fluffy ball of fur. "What about the horse? Isn't the horse tired from walking all day with someone on it?"
Zach shrugs, "Never bothered to ask." He mounts the horse and began down the path, hoping they wouldn't run into any monsters.

"We've let it rest, some. Now you need to rest." She makes Aria start to trot down the path behind Zach.

Azrail nods and closes his eyes, his small body feeling as if it was burning against you.
Zach slows his horse enough so that the two of you were side by side. "If the snake played the two player game I'm thinking of with Azrail, I promise I will strangle the snake next time I see it."
