As the night went on he was awake, keeping watch over his new mate and making sure no harm would befall her. He would be much more stricter after this deciding that his pack needed to be stronger in case of attacks, or anything else.

Soot padded on, leaving Hekera to think by herself. He needed time alone as well, and what better way to spend it than by the Blood River? Of course, it wasn't exactly stained with blood. Years ago, the Sky Runners wanted to claim more territory for themselves. The river was their original border, but the pack was overpopulated. When the Packs attacked each other, it took two days for the fighting to stop. For three moons, the river ran red with the blood of the fallen. The Sky Runners had eventually gotten what they wanted but not without a price.

Blister blinked her eyes open, where was she, then she remembered what had happened last night.
She stood up and walked to her brother Burn.
"Burn wake up," she barked growling softly.
Burn lifted his head. He sat up and they both walked out of the den.

Raindrop opened her eyes slowly. She slowly got up, winching when she tried to put weight on the leg that wolf had bit. She noticed Spartan at the entrance to the den.
"Spartan," she barked limping towards him.

Spartan looked to Raindrop and smiled a little to himself. " Hello Raindrop, are you sure you should be walking? You could get yourself badly hurt. "

"I'm fine," Raindrop barked before adding "follow me, I want to show you something!"
She limped out of the cave towards the river that divided the packs.

He followed after Raindrop, keeping pace with her as he needed to make sure she was safe and that she wouldn't fall over.

Raindrop walked closer to the river, the wound on her belly had opened up again and was oozing blood but she didn't notice. When she reached the river she padded to a huge rock beside it.
"This is where my siblings are buried," she barked quietly bowing her head.

Burn walked closer to the river, Blister following behind him. He noticed the wolf he had fought yesterday sitting infront of a huge rock.
"Look at that, that wolf must be stupider then we thought," Burn barked.
"Should we attack now," Blister asked.
"Yes, they have no help out here," Burn barked sliding into the river.

Spartan noticed the wound had reopened and he said, " Lay down please Rain.. " But then he heard what she had said, and also bowed his head in respect for the fallen.
