He gave a bitter laugh. "Ariella was right, of course. Sawyer had led us straight to a hungry wolf pack. We fought our way free, the three of us, side by side. Wed been together so long we knew one anothers fighting styles, and used them to take down the enemy. It was Ariella who landed the killing blow. But, as they were dying, there was one last wolf that we hadn't taken notice to and we were miles from any hospitals or doctors. Wewe tried to save her, but"

He paused, taking a shaky breath.


"She died in my arms," he finished, making an audible effort to compose himself. "She died with my name on her lips, begging me to save her. As I held her, watched the life fade from her eyes, I could only think one thing--that Sawyer had caused this. If it wasnt for him, she would still be alive."


His voice turned steely. "I swore, on that day, to avenge Ariellas death, to kill Sawyer Davidson, or die trying. Weve clashed several times since, but he always manages to slip away, or do something that ends our duels. I cannot rest while he lives. I promised Ariella that I would continue hunting Sawyer until one of us lies dead."

The judge felt sorrow for the man but knew his ways were not right and that this was not what was correct of him to do. " So, what you are telling me that he indirectly caused another death due to reckless behavior? " They asked, keeping the subject on the case and the charges. He would likely order a restraining order and a jail sentence for one of them after this all depending on how this entire thing went. It was truly a sad thing to hear and see but alas, what is done is done and that was that. They weren't exactly sure on what to do with this case so much new information coming in- this might be more then just a single court date with a single trial.

( I realize that we shall make Ash hurt worse with Raven being in a similar state.. But heeey at least she lives? )

Ash snorted. "I honestly doubt it. Sawyer never does anything on accident."

" Are you saying that Mr. Davidson plotted the murder of this young lady? " The judge asked, his voice becoming cold and hardened. His face holding a serious expression.

"It wouldn't surprise me," Ash growled. "And when he finally realized that his pranks had gone too far, he was off and running so he wouldn't be charged for murder."

" We shall be looking into that case for you and if what you are saying is correct- there will be a punishment. Do you have any defense for yourself Mr. Davidson against any of the allegations? "

"Yes! For one, it was an accident, and for two, it's not my fault Ash was blind enough to not notice another wolf!"

"That doesn't help against you killing Raven's child!" Ash snarled

"Maybe not! But maybe she wouldn't have died if it weren't for you being so victorious!"

"Well it wasn't like you were paying attention, either!"

" Alright you two calm down, from what the witnesses of the crime said you started the fight Mr. Davidson and continued it to an almost murderous state and at that point the both of you should of backed down. Ms. Taylor was doing a good deed trying to stop the both of you but had the both of you noticed her, or stopped the fight, she wouldn't of been wounded at all. Not to mention the other wounds afflicted on Mr. ( Insert Ashes last name ). "
