Micah shrugged. "It's fine. A bit weird, but I don't mind." He smiled at Ray.

Ray nods as quietly as he can with his gentle purring. With some conscious effort, he stopped purring and relaxed.

Micah smiled warmly at Ray, holding out his arms for a hug.

Ray accepted the hug, hugging Micah back. He tries to not let himself purr.

Micah hummed happily and rested his head on Ray's shoulder.

Ray smiles giddily, happy that he was with Micah and all should be well.
Riley noticed Ray and Micah and debated on saying something before shaking his head and deciding against it. He just wanted to ask Ray if he could show him how to create the dagger spear thing.

Nicole stormed over to them. "Micah."
"Hm?" Micah looked up at Nicole, tilting his head.
"We need to talk. Let's go." Nicole grabbed his good arm- not even she would purpsefully hurt someone who didn't deserve it- and pulled him to his feet. Micah sighed and flashed Ray a look. "I'll be back. Hopefully."
Nicole led Micah away by the arm, and he followed with a look of frustration.

Riley took this opportunity and went over to Ray, who was looking nervously after Micah. Hopefully didn't sound like things were going well. Ray flinched away from Riley when he noticed him. "Oh, chillax. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just asking if I can borrow your dagger spear so I can duplicate it - or ask someone else to do that for me - so I can have one too. How'd you make it?" He asks, sitting next to Ray. Ray summons his dagger and shows it to Riley.
"It's really simple. So here, on the hilt of the dagger, is the button you push to release the sections of it, like a telescope, and push them out till they lock in place" Ray pushes the button and now he's holding a spear, "And then the cool thing about this is that it won't collapse unless you hit this, which pulls back the clasps holding it out so it can shrink back again into the dagger. The blade stays the same."
"That sounds like too much science and complicatedness..." Riley complains. Ray grins and laughs.
"For you, yes probably." Ray jokes, turning his spear back into a dagger and then sending it back.

Nicole looked at Micah grimly. "I lost something important."
"What?" Micah tilted his head, pulling his arm away from Nicole. "My sword," she muttered. "Again. And I can't find Austyn, but I'm certain he has something to do with it."
"What... If he doesn't? He's been with Janet all day, and Janet wouldn't do something like that, even if she is a daughter of Hermes."
Nicole frowned. "It has to be him! He's the only one who takes my stuff, no one else is that stupid! Look, that sword wasn't just a sword. It's really, really important, Micah, and I need it back."
Micah thought for a moment, then clapped his hands together. "It could be somewhere in the strawberry fields! You and Silvia went there last night, right?"
Nicole tapped her foot anxiously on the ground, then nodded. "Right. I'll go check there." She turned and took off toward the strawberry fields.
"You're welcome," Micah called after her.

Riley glares at Ray. "I'm not stupid." He says, taking what Ray had said that way.
"I didn't say that. Did I?" Ray says nervously. Riley huffs and gets up, wanting to get Ray back somehow but not wanting to get on Micah's bad side.
"Whatever. Just watch your back." Riley says, walking away. Ray kept quiet, afraid of what Riley would do before shaking that off and reassuring himself that he could take on whatever Riley threw his way.
