"yes, this place is so much better than it seems." Rem whistled once more, so many birds were around. Rem got up, jumped on the biggest and the most different bird, and started talking to him "hey king!" he said. "lets do that show" the big different bird, had red feathers and a crown shaped feather on top of his head, they flew up fastly while you were floating around with your bird, slowly. and the glowing feathers formed a rainbow around you.

Iist turned back and saw Rem hop away onto the bigger bird's back. 'How is he calling all these animals??' She felt like he was some magic forest prince, so much more different than how he appeared as a black goat before. The colorful giant birds, the glowing lights that their feathers emitted, and the rainbow mesmerized her. Her eyes were wide, feeling like a princess herself in the magical moment. "This is so pretty, Rem, this is all so cool and amazing..."

"i know, i dont get visitors, or good people like you often! so i thought doing something nice would be good and showing you the good side of the forest would be nice." he started to fly next to you "its getting really late, we should get back. your going to be moving off tmorrow, so you should get some food and sleep" rem, turned the other way.

Iist looked down at the blue bird she was riding on, reaching over to pet its head. "Yeah, I didn't know there was a good part of the forest at all," she said with a smile. When he mentioned the lateness, she looked out at the sky again. "Ah, yeah..." She felt a bit somber to think about going back out into Firoe, unsure if she'd have any nice experiences like this one. She looked at Rem, noticing he looked the other way too. "Food and rest sound good," she said, a bit of sadness in her voice. Rem didn't need to be so nice, and she'd definitely be sad to leave.

"i know you dont want to go, but if you need anything you do know where to find me." rem smiled cheerfully. you guys head back to the tree house. the birds leave. rem gets in and goes into the kitchen. "hmmm, for food. how does loriprop sound? Loriprop is a food made out of white flour, and purple rice! some bird eggs"

"That's true," Iist replied with a smile. "I suppose I could always come back." Even though she wouldn't know how long it'd be until they'd meet again. She wondered what were the chances that she could have him as a companion on her trip, but if he was a wanted man by the Xylans, then she'd rather have him safe in the forest anyway.

Once they returned, Iist sat at the table. "Loriprop...?" It sounded quite alien, but she was already happy that he'd make food for her. "Sure, sounds good!" she said. With all the happenings in the day, she forgot she was hungry, so anything sounded good.

"thats nice!" he replied. he took some supplies for the food, and cooked it while cooking he started talking "so, when are you planning to leave" his voice already showed that he was sad.

Iist leaned her arms on the table as she watched Rem cook. "Mm...tomorrow, I guess." She grabbed the tracker machine that Rem gave her to get used to its controls. "If I somehow get lost in the forest tomorrow, I'll come back here, if that's okay." She tried to see how big the forest was via the tracker's map (if it had one).

She couldn't deny that she was sad too, both because Rem was her first friend in this new world and his cozy treehouse felt homey since her world was gone. She tried to distract herself and Rem from the idea of leaving by going back to informational talk. "So...before, you said that you took "everything" from Xoimi. What did you mean by that, Rem?"

rem put a really tasty looking food on the table, it smelled good too, "i took the loyalty of the shifters from her, i took the photos of her next soilders, i took her mothers life"

"what was i supposed to do! her mother was choking me to death" he stopped talking. he gave another sigh, almost crying. "here eat." he gives you a fork that looks like a spoon and a knife at the same time. "ill go to my bedroom now,"
