Name of character: Melody (she's 17)
Your character's appearance: black hair, purple-grey eyes, light brown skin, wears sports shirts/ t shirts and jeans with black converses (sometimes wears headphones and puts on glasses,)
Your character's personality: Unpredictable; though she may appear introverted, brutally honest and rude, she can also be loud and upbeat but really is sweet and sad on the inside
Backstory:
Melody's parents died in a accident when she was only a baby and she had to stay with her aunt Ria. As a small child, Melody was an optimistic child growing with her aunt who was like a mother and a best friend to her until she had to rush into custody of her grandfather due to Ria's mysterious sudden death.This is when she started getting into music.Though her grandfather lived in a mansion, she didn't find herself there at all; there also lived two of her cousins Dante and Nyssa and her grandad's third wife. They find Melody's slight tomboyish appearance and personality rather unusual considering the fact that she's female. Since she refuses to change herself, the household would disclaim her in public and didn't care to share any interest with her.
Her school life however was different; there she had a close friend Emily who she could always talk to, though she find her a bit childish and illogical at times.

You look out, it's hard to believe that this is really just a big floating rock. My, how technology has changed. Only the richest of the rich can afford to live here, but only the richest such as yourself rule here.
You look around and need to decide where to head first... Home is clearly not an option.

What do you do?

"You very well could've if you were a hunter," He mutters.
He lets out a long breath.
"Don't worry about it" he says.

He keeps walking, his head down, looking anywhere but at you.

(Ok! Sweet! Also, heads up, I prefer to write in 3rd person if that's alright with you! But if you prefer I write in 1st I will! I also meant to ask if we start out with anything?)

Stella crossed her arms and looked around, she had been in the city many times and knew only about half of it like the back of her hand, only half because the city was too huge to explore every corner and crevasse. Stella decided she should start heading towards the safest part of the city, the west side. Maybe she could make camps around the city just in case if she needed it in the future.

((I'm okay with any perspective. I will likely keep a constant 2nd person, but feel free to do whatever you feel comfortable with.
As for items, I'm not really strict, but just make sure you aren't pulling a house and two cows out of a purse. Make sure that the items you have makes sense to your backstory))

The west side was where the richies stayed. This, of course, bodes well for you. The people around there know you, and perhaps fear you slightly. You could probably bully 100 dollars or so out of a single person. As you head there, you turn a corner. It's crowded as ever, but you feel right at home. The crowds seem to part for you. You keep an eye out for good places for a camp... of course, places that would allow you to keep your dignity.

Stella looks around for a camp while at the same time trying to look her best and not as much homeless so the people still her as the superior. This drives her to a corner which is much less crowded and pulled out foundation from her brown purse that she brought along with her.

"You very well could've if you were a hunter," He mutters.

"Don't worry about it" he says.

He keeps walking, his head down, looking anywhere but at you.

"Look here and explain what a hunter is and I very well may have an answer for you" she muttered to the kelpie, "Even if I don't remember anything before those runestones.."

The kelpie looks up at you with wide innocent eyes. It's somehow calming.

He shakes his head. "The hunters are killing the forest. They hunt down immortals and lure them to experiment on them. They basically hunt us, hence the name hunters," He shakes his head lightly.
