Out of curiosity how much would you offer for

for the ballgown, something about 300k (same one is on the broker for 450k at the moment).

and the heart regalia, well, it's one of the items I'd really like to have, so if you'd consider selling it, I'd do my best to offer a deal that fits both of us.
on a side note, it's an item from the week of love fest as far as I know, therefore I suppose there's a chance that this item might become obtainable from those old avatar item boxes. however, I'm really unlucky when it comes to random stuff so I'd rather buy the specific item than try to get it from the box. so, what I'm saying is, if we were to make a deal, I'd suggest we do it after the festival. but I do need this item and probably would pay a lot for it.
