The tires of the vehicle squealed in protest as the woman at the wheel took several sharp turns at break-neck speeds, nearly running into several other cars as well as people. Chloe groaned inwardly, clinging to the carpet with her wickedly sharp claws. She noticed Ase stumbling, and slowly made her way over to her and North, the pigeon gripping the carpet for dear life. Having no other choice, Chloe laid over her back horizontally and clutched the floor harshly, keeping the other still lest she hit her head on something sharp under the car seat.

Ase held in a yowl as she was slung about. Stupid humans and their idea of cat's not having claws! The Chloe put her body over theirs, oh the inhumanity...

Ben's eyes widened, but he stayed calm, "Well, the guards would have said something by now if someone got in, and Brown and I were directly in the entrance until a couple moments ago, so we can only hope it was a catcher that retrieved it. Now Chat, go rest. You need it after everything that's happened today."

Tuning to Brown, he smiled, "It's quite alright Brown, no need to panic. Let's just take it slow and get some rest for tonight. Okay?"

"Slow?" The retriever wagged her tail slowly. "You mean it?"

"Are you okay? You haven't hit your head at all, have you?" Chloe asked quietly, just barely hearable over the ear-splitting music.

"Did I say 'no'? Of course I mean it!" Ben bumped his hip against hers.

Chat Nodded and curled up in his corner, something just didn't feel right

"No but you did. Are you alright?" Ase asked a bit louder than the other cat.

With that Brown barked happily bouncing around Ben. "Oh boy, oh boy!" Her tail wagged wildly as she danced.

Ben, curled up with Brown and John on either of his sides, looked at the electric baton he'd went and picked up earlier while Chat was out and Brown was still resting. It didn't take long for him to figure out how to use it. The on/off button was on the end of the handle and a switch for the electricity levels was on the side of the handle itself. Ben was comfortable right now, but couldn't help but feel like something was about to happen.
