He sees the two figures dash away, heading into a cave. The smell is strong and almost laughably easy to track.

he stayed put, worried it was a trap.

Ti follows without hesitation, Nem close behind.

He sighed and followed.

The cave smells sweet, and is open and wide. It also, curiously, has no sharp ledges- they've been smoothed down. Which isn't something that happens naturally, it's something done by someone.

He frowned, growling and going on all fours.

After a long walk, the cave opens up into a large dome. Little light rays poke from somewhere up above, where the cave ceiling is cracked and mottled with grass-roots. He sees movement towards the opposite end of the cave- lots of it. Much more than 2 figures. He's also hit with powerful smells. None are unpleasant separately, but with so many mixing in close contact, it's abrasive and feels like somebody's aggressively shoving flowers, spices, and food up his nostrils. But, this cave only has one exit and he can see where the figures have gone.
