Faith sighed, "You two can sleep on that bed," She pointed to one of the many empty beds, a smirk on her face, "The rest are for people who are hurt," She headed to another room, Amber right on her trail.
Carter sat on the bed. It was surprisingly huge and comfy.
"You tired?" He asked falling asleep almost instantly when he laid down.

Kris walked close to Carter before dropping onto his back on a bed besides the other boys. His heart rate had slowed and the weird blush like coloring of his face had faded. He stared up, not feeling anything again. Or that's what he thought. Mostly because he didn't understand that odd, warm and fuzzy feeling in his chest.

"It's called love," Faith popped her head into the room, an apologetic smile on her face, "I am a color too, Rusty red and my power is to... do magic. I won't tell you exactly what it is but it is powerful," She came into the room and handed Kris a cup of tea, "Thyme, used to calm people. You should try it."

He sat up, raising an eyebrow but taking the cup of tea. "Love? Huh, that word is obsolete as far as I've learned." He shrugged.

"You are really thick in the head," She joked, "Well this would be a good time to show my powers," She stopped when Amber barked something at her and she let out yet another sigh, "Fine, but only because I don't want that to happen again. Kris, you have to understand that Carter likes you and I can tell you like him. I think you should sort out what you are feeling."

"I lost my feelings a long time ago." he said simply.

"I know how that feels. But I also don't think that's 100% true, maybe you are starting to feel again," She stood up and walked out of the room, "Get some rest, I'll see you in the morning.

"Maybe." Was all he said, leaning forward with his elbows to his knees and cub in hand. He stared into the tea and for the first time in a while, he saw his own reflection. And in his eyes he saw something that he'd lacked for years. The soft blue was tinted with not just blan confusion. But worry. He felt worried.

Siren
"well it's nice to meet you pink! I'm Siren." She replied excited to meet somebody else of cobra's species.

Pink nodded, "Nice to meet you! What are you doing here? It is standard that we turn away all intruders," He said placing the girl down.
The girl's lower snake half was green with a pale green underbelly.
"You shouldn't be here either Grass Whistle... you could get hurt or worse."
