"Ha! Comet-y!" Crow joined in with a chuckle.

Blue glanced back at Currence with a look of curiosity, gaze darting down the device in his hands. "What's that thing for?"

"do you know the 'gravity' of the situation." abyss says with a chuckle.

"this is a soul scanner. it can find anyone's soul, as long as it's in the same dimension and given some time." currence says as he adjusts a nob.

"Hey, I'm a pretty down-to-earth guy," Crow defended with a grin. "But we're in space. Now's the perfect time to goof around."

"How's it work?" Blue asked, seeming genuinely interested.

abyss was about to reply when everything wavered for a moment, excluding abyss, crow, cosmo, and error.

"well, it picks up the true hidden power of souls, which is a crazy huge amount of raw feelings. if it doesn't find what it's looking for, it shuts down for thirteen minutes." currence says as points it in the cardinal directions.

Crow shuddered in alarm, glanceing around somewhat frantically. "What was that?" He exclaimed, brow furrowed in concern. Hard footfalls were heard from upstairs, followed by Cosmo's voice. "Can somebody explain?" He demanded, tone carrying a suspicious edge to it.

Error froze, readying his lines and glaring at the surrounding rock formations. He knew his eyesight left much to be desired, but he had felt that instability as much as he'd seen it.

That, and he'd been wearing his glasses.

After scanning the area and not spotting anything unusual, he pocketed his bifocals and stalked torwards the surrounding cliffs. "Come on out!" He bellowed, form spazzing put more than usual. If somebody was there, they'd likely make a run for it. If not, that meant that nobody was around to hear him yelling at the cliffs like an idiot, so it was a win either way.

"But how?" Blue asked again. "What does it use to pick up on that stuff?"

"i don't know. I felt something similar to that in birdtale, when me and crow went through the hole there." abyss says.

a little rip appears near error. a single snake eye appears. "you wanted to sssssssssee me. what do you want, oh destroyer of worlds, but do not think that I'm a weak sssssservant, or a sssssssssservant at all. if anything, you'd be my ssssssservant." the eye said with a snaky hiss.

"well it uses magic, and attio's own raw emotions. all kings abound with raw energy, due to the fact that they care for their subjects." currence says as he holds it up pointing to where the sun would be.

"Think it's another world hopper?" Cosmo suggested.

Error didn't skip a beat. As soon as he heard verbal confirmation that he wasn't alone, he whirled around on his heel and attacked, launching a barrage of unstable bullets at the unidentified opponent but deciding not to use his strings just yet.

(Oh, hey! Uh, this one isn't my roleplay, not sure why I was pinged.... :3 But if Attio says it's alright, then sure! I don't think anybody's grabbed Cross, Dream, Fresh, Geno, or Epic as far as out-codes go.)

Other brief thingy I've noticed, it just seems to be set in the same multiverse rather than have anything based off the plot of Jakei's series, though I'm really hyped for the end of X-Tale and the start of season 2 :3)
