Conleth hummed, a neutral look on his face. He thought through want Jack said, causing his feathers to puff up due to him being anxious. The thought of somebody actually doing that made his eyes narrow a bit, before quickly shaking his head.
`` Are you saying that just because snakes are considered evil?...or have they actually done that before? `` he asked, before realizing that his feathers were puffed. With an embarrassed blush, he quickly tried his best to pat them down.

Conleth hugged himself, finding what Jack said very plausible. He had certainly hoped that that wasn't the case, but the thought made him shudder. Their leader was strong, he should be able to realize if the Solese were trying to get under his skin...right? He was not one to doubt his leader by all means, but if Titan had fallen for the naga leader, then it would be increasingly difficult to figure out hidden intent.
