She grew very cold. She went limp.

Play dead! she told herself. Her legs hung loosely and the circulation stopped, kinda, but hopefully enough to fool Ukay.

Ukay grinned but did not lower Menitum. He tightened more, enough that would make anyway gasp or cry out, even if they where knocked out.

Ukay sneered as he moved Menitum so she was above him, not directly but roughly above but infront of him.

Moritem wanted to scream. She bit her tongue as hard as she could and stayed still. The feeling of the tendrils sent a shiver through her body. The shadows around her, however, started to move, but unnoticed. They slowly took forms of things. They crept up on behind Ukay.

Ukay brought Moritum closer to him. A huge tendrile, much thicker then all the other's came out of his belly. It reached forward towards Moritum's belly. A strange blade seemed to start coming out of the side of the tendrile. Ukay grinned happly. " Join me in this hell...maybe the Shadow will let you live... " he said softly, almost caring to her. " Maybe...the Shadow will even take you under it's darkness...like it did with Kaja... "

The tendriles softened their tightness, not enough to let her slip free though. " Join me please...it won't hurt if you don't move... " Ukay whispered.

Moritem was very frightened. "Why?" She croaked. "I just don't get it!" She said, hoping to buy some time. She tried as hard as she could to concentrate on the shadows. They crept slowly across the clearing. They grew bigger as they gathered more shadows.

Ukay's face softend, almost like his friendly face. " Because I'm lonely in hell...and I don't want to be alone when it finally makes my body cave in...I don't want to be alone when the Shadow eats me...I want someone to be there... " he whispered the last part, his voice was slightly alluring, he hoped Moritum would agree it be with him...he had seen Kaja do the tirual many times, he even practised on rabbits and other small creatures, eatting them after woulds though...

( Doh he's just scared when the Shadow eats him alive Xo Has to when his body caves in, after all, he has no bones... )

Moritem gulped. "But why don't you leave this, hell?" She asked. "Why can't you run away? I could help." She said forcefully. She started to agree with what Ukay said, but tried resisting. But, out of the corner of her eye, she saw a dark flash of shadows. Her sister was back! And so was tenedrae and Metus. They slipped in the shadows quietly.

Ukay looked at Moritum pitifully. " Because if I do it will kill me...eat me very painfully...I am bound by chains...I can't run...so please join me...so I don't have to be alone... "

The larger tendrile came closer, but stopped, so though it was waiting for a awnser from Moritum.

" Please join me... " he muttered, his voice still alluring, only this time filled with saddness and depresstion.

"Ukay! Leave my sister ALONE!!" Exitium yelled all of a sudden. "Take me!" She said, softly. She stared into Ukay's eyes. Metus waited quietly.

Ukay hissed angrly. He faced the other two, eyes flashing a dark colour. He was positioned so Moritum wouldn't see it. He turned back and looked at Moritum, more pleading then ever. " Please join me...unlike these two...you seem like you understand more...these two would never understand...I can tell...I'm good with telling thing's like this... " He said.

See-see followed her master to a dark pool of water. " Why master...why make him do this? " she whispered.
Kaja laughed. " The Shadow needs a body...Ukay has completed his studies...the studies he never knew he was doing...he is now the perfect host for The Shadow...my wonderful master...so...the apprentice shall become the master...but first...he needs to feast on the insides of a ryori...and make it his slave...like I did with you, See-see.... "
