Crystal sighed. She needed time to think, and breathe. Her footsteps were muffled in the grass. She sat down in the light of the open door. She transformed, and stretched out her wings. The membrane inbetween the wing itself, stretched taut.

Adam tried to sleep, though couldn't get to sleep. He just sat ther in pain.

Crystal poked her dragon head back in, nudged Adam, to make sure he was asleep, and grasped the backpack in her teeth. With her snout, she pushed he door closed. She padded over to the middle of the clearing, and put it down. She curled around it, her tail wrapped around herself, and covered her body with her wings. She fell asleep quickly.

He didn't move as she nudged him. He didn't want to bother her with him not being able to sleep. Once the door was shut he sat up and took out his book to read.

Crystals breathing, rumbled the ground slightly. It was like white noise. Lulling, and calming.

He sat up late into the night, finally falling asleep while sitting up.

Crystals claws, ticked against each other, and the membrane on her wings tightened while protecting her from the cold wind. Everything was still.

It was earlier morning when he woke again. Shivering a bit he pulled tha blanket up, settling down again. He was sore, everything hurt. Sighing he took the bandages from his face and arms. They were bled through from his incident. The pain from his other injuries though made the burns not hurt as much thank goodness.

Crystal had still not woken up, but some fallen leaves speckled her wings. She remained a ball, covered by them.

Sighing he stood wincing some. It hurt to move, to straighten his back in ny way. Great this was going to make work fun. He didn't bother with the bandages, just putting the mask on as well as a pair of gloves. With that he stiffly made is way outside.
