Frostpaw scoops up the unresponsive applekit and takes her back to the camp.
She goes out hunting again and hears a faint cry, "help...me...please. Im going to kit! Get a medicine cat! Please!"
Frostpaw was glad she came, she rushes over to the cat that had called out.
Being the medicine cat she was taught to be, she yells at the other cats, "Get some water, make sure it is clean, and moss and large leaves and some Poppy seeds if you can find them."
She asks in a comforting voice, "How much strength do you have and how much pain are you in?"
Frostpaw had never had her own kits and never really wanted to, there was no one to love.
She thinks how startled the cats might be because of her loud and unexpected appearance, but hopes that they will still help, even if she is from a different clan.

"Wait! Snowpaw! Don't leave! Please I need h-help!" " Help your medicine cat! Please!" she cried. Feeling lots of pain she gasps. Feeling ripples in her belly she tells Snowpaw not to leave!

Snow runs faster, she needed to get her pursuer away from the queen. She jumps over a tall log, trips, and falls to the ground in a tumble. The creature jumps on her, and she shrieks.

" Don't leave!" she gasps. She sees Snowpaw stuck under a fox. She heaves herself over the border. Even though she is out of breath, she bites down as hard as possible on the fox's scruff. The fox runs while Icefeather grimaces in pain. " G-get h-hel-lp..."

Frostpaw races over and pulls the cat off the fox. She Bites the foxes legs and neck knowing it would react to that.
She hisses and bites and scratches at the horrible creature.

Snow struggles upright and looks at Icefeather wildy. She runs of in the direction and bursts into the clearing. "Medicine Cat!" She coughs out, her throat bleeding hard. "Need help! Kitting..." She coughs hard, spitting out blood.

"Frost paw! Help Snowpaw get help...!" she moans.

Frostpaw grabs both of the hurt cats , "Lay down and hold still." She rips the moss off of a nearby tree and places it on the wounds, "Push! As hard as you can!"
