You search the magical conduits, and see that there are staves, wands, and amulets! In fact, the amulets that they sell look a lot like your Stoneless Amulet, but with a Mana Stone inside!

There is the Oaken staff (10 G), the Iron Staff (35 G), and the Cobalt Staff (110 G). There is also the Alder Wand (45 G), the Friscal Wand (70 G), and the Phoenix Wand (230 G). They also have Stoneless Amulets (15 G) and some other amulets, such as Flame Amulets, Aquatic Amulets, and Life Amulets (each 55 G).
