"Dark cloaks! What in the world are those!" Blue's crying got louder yet as she dropped the steak knife. She quickly picked up Shadow and calmed down a bit, still crying however.

Blue walked out of the closet and handed him the steak knife. "Obviously you aren't here to hurt me, and you probably need a weapon. I have never heard of the dark dragon cult because I try to avoid people. I truthfully hate people, I'm bullied a lot by other people due to my parents being to busy with work." Blue stared at the ground as she said so. "Now please leave me be!" She picked up Shadow and looked up at the boy.

"Really? Because they work a lot? I don't even have parents" Kai scoffed. "What do your parents have to do with a bullying problem?" Kai asked, only a few kids ever tried to mess with him, they went home with broken noses, no one ever messed with him again.

"The best hiding spot in the house is in my mom and dad's closet behind the drawers, if you can fit." Blue said quietly as she closed the closet door. I didn't hide there because there is a family of mice there and they have something against Shadow."
