Kit nodded and tried going lower, it didn't work, "Sonic, I can't steer!" she yelled, as she said this a tree was coming into view, it was in Kit's path.

Sonic growled softly. It was a last resort, but... "Brace yourself!" He shouted. With that, he sprang up, and prefromed a spindash on her pack. "Ha!"

The wings crumbled, Kit didn't really have time to brace and a piece of metal pierced her arm, she yelped in pain, "Sonic!" she yelled as she started to fall.
