She looked at the vehicle, studying it carefully, "This looks familiar, though. It looks pretty expensive, so that rules out any of the lower-rung dregs in both gangs. Neither Black Mask nor Lin would ever give their subordinates something that costs so much. However, you said you saw a lady that got out of it, right? There's only one lady that I know of that's in either of the gangs; Ms. Li, Black Mask's assisstant and right hand lady."

The sound of clicking heels stopped Chloe's words, making the three animals freeze. Spotting the passenger door window, rolled down completely, Chloe bolted for it and leaped into the vehicle.

Turning and looking out, she hissed quietly, "Come on! Hurry and jump in! She's getting closer, and, let me tell you, she is not a fan of animals!"

Ben licked her face gently, "You're going to be okay now. We're home with family now, Brown, no stinking human is going to take you away from us. Not ever. We're safe and sound between the enclosed alley's walls. No one can get us here, they'd have everyone to deal with. I promise you, no one will take you away from here."

Ase grabbed the pigeon by the wing and jumped in the car window before slipping under one of the seats. "I am not a fan of this at all..." She growled

Sam began walking keeping a moderate pace so Katana didn't hurry and end up tearing her paws open again. It'd take longer to get there, but it was well worth the wait if that meant Katana wasn't in any pain.

The dog whimpered but nodded. "Thank you Ben." She said rubbing her face on his. She felt safer with him, it was like he was looking out for her and her alone though in truth he watched over them all. "I know I'm safe with you..." She licked his muzzle.
