Frost eyed him uncertain then went and got a big deer leg. She pulled it over and nudged it infringes of him "you should eat, it will help your leg heal."

He flapped really hard and then he realized it, by flapping hard he was wasting his energy, this time he would glide.

Frost watched him and began to glide close to him gliding so close that their wing tips almost brushed she watched him but didn't say anything. She just observed how his leg was doing

Frost flapped one wing and rolled through the air before straightening out and flapping higher then diving and rolling. She pulled out of the roll just before hitting the ground and she glided gracefully back up before beggining to lose lift and needing to flap her wings. She smiled amused by herself
