I'd return with the Bandages and Stitches, and bend down to the gash. "Don't move Rafe, or i might mess up." I'd begin to press a cloth against the wound, trying to add more pain relief, then i bandage it. I decided not to Stitch the wound, since it would take more time to remove later.

(She already got back with the herbs?)

April
Seeing the scene is taken care of, I decide to ask a question.
"Er- Jace? Which bedroom did you say I could sleep in again...?" I ask shyly, peaking down the dark hall and trying to summon the courage to venture in. I had only ever wandered to Jace's room when I helped his headache.

I'd look at April, seeing somewhat of fear on her face, but i don't know for sure. I'd take her by the hand and lead her into the dark hallway. "This one." I'd say, turning the light on inside. "A bed is most likely better than the floor."

April
I squeeze his hand tight until the light is turned on, sighing in relief and looking around.
"That bed is fancy shmancy." I say, crawling onto it and sinking into the cushy fluffiness compared to my dirt den back in the woods. "Oh my goodness! Where does this stuff come from? It is like cotton fluff." I roll around on it, frolicking and bouncing.

I'd chuckle, hearing her reaction. "It's essentially cotton, on some fabric." I'd say, and hand her a blanket. "That's made out of silk." I'd say, before turning to go to my own room. "I'll leave the light on in your room, come to my room if you need me." I'd walk and go into my room, grabbing a book and laying in my bed, in the dark and the lamp on right next to my bed.

April
I gasp, almost purring with joy as I rub the silk against my cheek. I wrap myself up in it, laying down mesmerized by the warmth. I fall asleep instantly, embracing not dreams, but nightmares. I am walking through the woods with a chain around my throat. The chain is slowly tightening. It is pitch black, the trees are slowly closing in on me though, I can feel them. I yip in fright, and in real life I am just tangled up in the blanket, having never used one before.

I'd hear the yip of fright from April's room and i go in and check on her, seeing that she was tangled in the blanket. I'd walk up to her and begin to gently unwrap the blanket, doing it gently enough so she doesn't wake up. When i'm done unwrapping her, i head back to my room to continue reading my book.

April
Even while sleeping I sense Jace nearby. The blanket is untangled and the trees pull apart to reveal blue skies. The chain is undone and replaced with a flower crown necklace. I run through a floral meadow, giggling and wrestling around in the vegetation.

I'd fall asleep while reading my book, having somewhat pleasant dreams while i slept, but i felt something lurking in the back of my head, but i decide to sleep it off.









It is now Morning!
