Orion smiled. "Don't worry, my lips are sealed," he said, grinning. He started bouncing his foot in time to the music. He began to grow a bit more tired, glad for the music. "Thank your sisters for me!" he said, grinning. He just wished for the sound of blacksmithing in the background.

Ember unconsciously started humming. She usually hummed herself to sleep, just to give herself something to do. At her house, usually the only thing she could hear at night was the nearby river, and the owls. The thing she missed the most though was the wolf howls. She continued to hum, telling herself A'ine would stop her if she was annoyed.

Alderic smiled almost laughing. "Okay I will. Hey you said your sister blacksmithed right?" He bolted up in bed and grabbed his glasses. He looked down at the music box and smiled. "It's not exactly blacksmithing but it's the closest thing here." He skipped a few of the tracks. A quiet hum of an flute came on followed by a hammer on a rail pike. "We use this for the hypnoseser. He says he likes the effect of the metal noise." He flopped back in bed smiling.

A'ine smiled. The song Ember was humming was nice. She felt a little more sleepy. 'This song's nice... what's it called?' She sent without really thinking about it. A'ine felt Ember's longing for wolf howls. She had no idea what those were but decided to look a little deeper into Ember's mind careful not to let her know she was.

Orion was silent for a second. "Thanks," was all he said. Alderic was right, it wasn't quite blacksmithing, but just the sound of metal soothed him. He sat there silently smiling and sliding down until his rested on his pillow. "Do you have any music with arguments in the background?" he asked, jokingly.

'I'm Still Here' Ember replied. She continued to hum, since A'ine didn't mind. Memories flitted through her mind. She hadn't had any time to think about home since she got here. The house she had lived in was still clear in her mind, and her little sister's face. The only reason I'm here is because I couldn't stand being alone, even in that house. Ember curled up tighter in her bed. Up until last year she and her younger sister had lived alone after their parents had died. I only came here because I couldn't find her once she disappeared. Ember turned her thoughts away from memories, and tried to focus on humming again.

Alderic breathed out. "Sadly no. But this is almost as good." He started tapping his foot to the rhythm he knew perfectly well. "Do you want me to put it on repeat?" He asked reaching for the player.

A'ine smiled it sounded like a good song. A'ine heard Ember's thoughts. She wiped her own eye. She had no idea what Ember had been though and she had spent all day talking about herself. Of course that was what Ember want to talk about, anything but her own past. She found what she had been looking for and filtered it from Ember's mind to her mind then back to Ember's. 'This what you wanted earlier?' She asked smiling at her pillow.

"If you don't mind, then, yes please," Orion said. "I'm sure if we woke up the rooms next to us, there'd be enough yelling to last us a week," he said.

'What do you mean?' Ember was thankful that A'ine had broken her chain of memories, but she didn't get what A'ine had meant.

Alderic laughed a little as he pushed the button. "How true!" He flopped back down on his bed, "Well G'night." He said as he slid under his covers.

A'ine smiled. 'Listen.' She sent then tried sending the wolf howls again. 'You like llistening to this as you go to sleep right?'

"Good night," Orion said, and he too climbed under his covers.

Ember smiled. 'Thanks A'ine.' She sent. 'What did you like to listen to as you slept?' Ember sent.

(Can't think!)

Alderic fell asleep.

A'ine closed her eyes and yawned a little. 'When you live under water there isn't much to listen to except the bubbles or the ripples being made by a storm...' She started to fall asleep a little bit more.

Orion slowly fell asleep.

Ember smiled and fell asleep.

The next day...

Alderic had woken up at circus time, which was much earlier then the sun rose. He got dressed careful to not wake Orion as he climbed back out the window to greet the day. He turned around and started climbin down the wall with his trapeze skills and made it to the bottom. He breathed in the morning air smiling.

A'ine started walking up but was quite ready to be awake.

In all honesty Jora hadn't slept at all. She was too scared too. When she had gotten there her roommate had been sound asleep. She turned over in bed one more time to see if she could at least get another hour of sleep.
