Rue hears the smile in Kadens voice and begins to relax despite having to go talk to the Keepers soon. "As you wish, my friends." He says quietly, smiling at Kaden and nodding to Maya. "Take care. I'll be back soon." He shrugs off his green cloak, not sure what might be watching the Keepers, if anything, and not wanting to risk Maya, Kaden, or his own safety because he didn't want to part with an article of clothing. He folds it neatly and lays it in his backpack. Then he goes to where he had a feeling the Keepers were.
There were a few possible spots, the larger areas where his group could have set up camp. Rue picks his path with care despite going quickly and quietly, not wanting to disturb anything that would be better left undisturbed.
When he gets close to any campsite, he treads softer than before. He keeps an eye out for random projectiles like arrows as he gets closer. He makes sure his weapon is in easy reach, though it's fairly useless in a melee fight. Crossbows work better when at a distance. Sting settles down, crouching close to keep from being easily picked off.

Ashia senses Rue before the others sense or see him. She points her bow in Rue's direction but doesn't fire knowing it would be a wasted shot and that it would only give the Keeper's position away. She couldn't tell just who it was, but this was unfamiliar not to mention hostile territory.
Justin follows Ashia's gaze trusting her senses and knowing that Scarlet was also out. Justin's spirit animal Orin was in passive state though and for good reason, the Conquerors might shoot down flying birds. This was to ensure that messages and bird scouts wouldn't be able to report back to their handlers.

Sting helped Rue sense more, if only to warn him of possible danger a weapon aimed at him posed. Rue thinks for a moment as he keeps moving, wondering what course of action would be best. He decides to not break off his original course; he would follow it until he met up with the Keepers. He hopes confronting them will ease some of their fears about him, a strange, possibly dangerous figure that was wandering close to them in the dark. He didn't want them following or trying to track him later.
Once he gets within seeing distance of them, he pauses and begins to doubt his course. He spots three Keepers looking hostile- Justin, Ashia, and Luka- and almost looks right over Brandon, crouched behind the previous three. He doesn't put a name to any of them other than a guess that the one with the bow aimed at him is Ashia. It's dark and there's still a bit of a distance between them. "That spot is taken. Nevermind." He mutters, putting his hands up to show that he would not appreciate getting shot with an arrow that late at night.

"Rue," Ashia asks quietly, "come here. Put your weapons down before you enter the camp, please. Sting can stay in active state if you would prefer."
Ashia keeps the bow aimed in Rue's direction but lets down the arrow without firing. She didn't want to harm Rue knowing that he was a Greencloak. She wonders why he would wander into the camp or into hostile territory in the first place. Luka and Justin follow Ashia's lead still keeping their weapons aimed at Rue but in a less threatening state.
"Why are you here Rue," Justin asks, "and how many others can we expect to barge into our camp?"

Rue purses his lips, not liking the idea of dropping his weapons while others still held their own. He also didn't want to leave his weapons alone. He didn't trust the Keepers very much. Then again, Ashia had sounded like she was serious when she spoke. Not doing what she asked could be dangerous. Rue eyes the group's weapons. He tries to make the mood lighter with a weak attempt at humor while addressing something that was bugging him, "As much as I adore your attention, Keepers, do you really need to have your weapons aimed at me?" He half-heartedly does jazz hands to show that he didn't have any weapon in hand, much less one trained on the Keepers.
At Justin's question, he smiles, "That's what I was going to ask you, about what you're here for." He keeps his hands where they can see them, too afraid to move but too hesitant to remove his weapons. "As for Greencloaks, you will not be seeing any more of those tonight. I should be the only one."
(Sorry for responding late. I've been a bit busy.)

(I understand I've been really busy too.)
"Rue after you put your weapons on the ground, we'll lower our weapons. I will say that again," Ashia repeats, "you may keep an eye on your weapons if you're that worried that they will be stolen but you will be putting them on the ground one way or another."
Justin watches Rue, "I'd do what she says Rue before she gives the command to disarm you. So why are you here Rue?"
Both of them know just how dangerous the Greencloaks can be even without a weapon. Neither of them planned on harming Rue or Sting in any way but if he made the first move, he and Sting both would become pincushions. Calmly Luka clears his throat and shifts slightly.
"You all aware we're in enemy territory, right? While I'm not fond of the Greencloaks either in this case we need to team up with them. There's an entire army of Conquerors here all controlled by the nobleman who leads Trunswick. Rue, right? After you put your weapons down, we'll talk. Share information that could benefit both groups," Luca suggests.
Maya frowns not liking that Rue has been gone this long. She worries slightly because of how unpredictable the Keepers are.

The Greencloak confirms that his name is Rue and places his weapons down. After a few steps towards the Keepers, he remembers the throwing knives in his bracers and the vials of poison on his belt so he retraces his steps to put them with his crossbow, arrows, and hunting knife.
"Alright. That should be all the weapons I brought." He approaches carefully, getting close enough where the groups can be quieter when communicating with each other.
"I am here because I was sent to retrieve something that would prove useful." Rue shrugs. Sting disappears in passive state. "What's your name and where do you hail from?" He asks Luca more out of polite conversation than actual curiosity. "I don't think I've seen you before."
He crouches down and studies the group, making a mental list of the Keepers and not-quite-Keepers present. There was Ashia, Brandon, Hazel, Jay, Justin, and the stranger. He wouldn't dare confront them in an attack unless he had a strong element of surprise and could pick them off before they came too close to him. If he was alone, he probably wouldn't stake himself against a group like them.

"Luca, I hail from Eura aside from that can't tell you more," Luca explains. He pauses looking at Ashia who nods for him to continue. Luca starts talking again, "I assume you're searching for what the Trunswick brat has? The Silver Wolf of Briggan. Let's cut to the chase shall we? We already have infiltrated Trunswick once so the guards are far more wary this time. Neither group should strike until tomorrow morning in the predawn hours at the earliest. Now being that we have the same goal and with both leaders' permission we should work together instead of sabotaging each other."
Again Luca looks at Ashia who nods once.
"The Conquerors with Devin Trunswick are going to move out in a few days and that is when they are most vulnerable. It's also the safest option because the Conquerors will be away from the main force and we can ambush them. Judging by your weapons you're a sniper as is Ashia. We also have several melee fighters here," Luca pauses briefly, "I know the paths that they plan on taking. Are the Greencloaks willing to help us ambush and divide the small group of Conquerors that are going to come?"

Rue rests his elbow on his knee and his chin on his propped up hand while he listens. The ranks seem pretty obvious in the group. The order is honestly something he can appreciate about the Keepers. He idly draws circles in the dirt with his other hand, gaze rotating through the surrounding area on alert for threats. He hears Luca out without interrupting him. As when around Greencloaks, Rue prefers to keep quiet until information he can act upon is out in the open and his speaking won't offend anyone.
"Not sabotaging each other sounds practical. I'm willing to do my part to gain the talisman, or at least get it out of the Conqueror's grasp." He catches Brandon's eye as he continues, still thinking about Mae's action with his crossbow and noticing the kid's reluctance to trust him. "I'm not up for killing them thoughtlessly. When it comes to breaking down an enemy's defence, though, I'm willing to take action."
He returns his attention to Luca, Ashia, and Justin, "Though your information and plan idea is in order, it doesn't guarantee that the talisman won't warn the Conquerors of our coming." Rue hesitates, not sure how much information he should be willing to give, "I, for my part, will not sabotage the group, but I cannot speak for the talisman itself. I've heard that the Silver Wolf of Briggan can increase one's senses to prophecy. I think it would be best if we plan for the instance that the Conquerors know of our preparations."

"That's why we have a plan B and a decoy team," Ashia responds, "As for bloodshed I think we can all agree that the less there is the better. I'd to talk with the others in a few hours, here preferably. Personally, I know we can't just sneak in again like we did during the last mission if we're caught. While my group was in town, I heard some of the guards talking about the Keepers. And the talisman will be heavily guarded unless it is being used most likely."
"Rue this time no matter what keep a hold of your weapon and we'll do the same okay," Justin notices the look on Rue's face, "As for contacting the decoy teams leave it to Luka."
"Geez thanks, I'm not the only one here with a fast horse or bird," Luka huffs.
Ashia chuckles slightly, "Regroup here three hours before dawn?"
(Sorry about changing the spelling on Luka's name I had to find how to spell it again.)
