"You shall pay," I ran up to her, accidently stumbled and running into her.

"Well, I originally needed to pick up some meat," I said, "but now I have to pick up some onions. My preference is pink, but do you prefer white or the neon selection?" I count the money I had. Since I wad still under 18, I would've been under the youth act, which provided enough money to live on.

However, two thing overrode that.

One was the lifetime human villain act (since I did nearly destroy a city) which, in return for no longer being able to ask a witch or wizard or mage or whatever to help me explore the multiverse, I got unlimited funds for food (as long as I didn't go crazy) and rent paid. That got overriden by the dead loved one act. Even though I was Alice's boyfriend, I still got enough money for the villain act to be temporarily overridden. It lasted until today, but I had to wait a week before the funds for the villain act kick in.

So, yeah. Just because we didn't like humans didn't mean we can kick their butts everyday. Or at least try.

"And what type of meat do you like best, or are you vegan?" I asked.

I burst out laughing and held her steady. "A-are you okay?" I laughed out. Once I regained my composure I asked "are you alright?"

I blushed and gave her the sternest face I could "I'm f-fine, are you?"

"I'm mot vegan I like bacon too much." I shrugged. "I don't really mind what kind of meat." I gave him a quizzical look. "Neon onions?" I asked. "How is neon onions possible?" I whispered after getting a look from some strangers.

"Yeah I'm fine. You look like a dork making that face." I said jokingly.

I blushed even more "I do not," I said and poked her nose.

I went crosseyed from looking at her finger. When she booped my nose I jumped slightly. "You booped the snoot." I told her.

"I stopped asking questions about monsters differing from humans a long time ago." Not too long ago, but long enough.

"We have bacon, or I'd be dead too," I chuckle. "So bacon, ground beef, pink, and white onions." I walked to the baskets and found one were the woven-ness of the basket wasn't too shabby, and then went to the onions.

"And I will do it again if you don't unlock your door," I teased laughing a little at her remark.
