Seth sighed with relief and kissed his forehead. He found himself curling into him.

"I know." The old man said not bothering to turn and look at them. "That's why I didn't let him truly become an assassin."
"You knew get you still let him come here? Their coming for the city master we must get you to saftey before it's too late! And it's your doing." Rasul said clinching his fist.
"I'm am aware of this yes." Altair said turning to them sphere in hand.
"Then why stand here and let them come to us?! Why don't we fight back against them?" Rasul nearly yelled.
"You have a strong spirt, just like your father."
"What does my father have to do with anything?!"
"He was my son." Rasul froze at this. He was the master assassins grandson? What did that mean? "Sef was a strong soul, that's what got him killed. I was surprised when his wife let me take you in and train you in our ways. As for the rest of you, Violet you are the daughter of Qulan Gal on of my most trusted friends. Alhena is the daughter of my son as wel though she too does not know of this, along with Violet. Shadir, Shadir is the son of Malik, making him Saqr's brother. Seth is son to Abbas Sofian, though a corrupt and harsh leader he was a great assassin. When I killed him I knew of his son thus I kept him with us. As for Yatahammal I was sure he would end up being the Templar, though I believed him not to betray me as did Saqr. This is why I chose you all to go on this mission. I knew your parents, and trusted them. Most were my friends, and now most are dead. I wished for you to carry out their legacy."

Yatahammal slowly woke. "Seth? Is it morning already?"

Alhena stormed out of the bureau. "Come on guys we don't have time to waste!"

"You knew my parents? All this time and you never told me!?!" She said, rage filling her voice. She cared not if this man was her master or a beggar on the street. "We trusted you, we came back to warn you, left our friends in danger and you already knew everything and more!"

He nodded, "I wish it wasn't." he murmured.

"If I told you sooner then you would have tried and pleased me by making yourself like your parents. I didn't want that, I wanted you to show me without this knowledge which each and every one did. Even Gabriel whom is part Templar, part assassin. Oh Gabriel...the daughter of the head Templar himself doesn't know of this. She should never know, as he doesn't. It was a simply misunderstandment that led to a death from our numbers." Altair sighed. "I should have told you before now but it would have just gotten in the way. I don't expect you to forgive me, though I do want you to promise that you will still live up to your names now that you know this."

Yatahammal sighed standing. "So what's the plan?"

"I have sworn my alliance to the Assassin Order and cannot did obey the master. But I will never forgive you." She said, eyes as cold as the blade at her waist. "Now seeing as our trip was not needed I'm going to return to my friends. Rest assured master I will not tell them, unless they ask." She remembered asking countless times who her parents were.
( was gonna have Violet half templar and Gabriel full assassin. oh well.)

"Now...I guess we should get up. They'll want us to do one job or another soon enough." He said then placed a kiss on his forehead.

"I didn't expect you to. Darim see that they get on their way, we don't want them dying before they get to the gates now do we?" Darim appeared behind them.
"Yes father."
"Safe travels Rasul and Violet...I hope that we can see each other again."
"With your mind set I doubt we will..." Rasul said turning and storming off. He was Altair's grandson? How could that be?! And he was not told this?! Did Tazim, Malik's only son know that now he had two brothers? The creed was starting to make more sense now though, nothing is ever true, you are just Promitted to believe it.

Yatahammal stepped away. "Seth...about last night...I-I don't think we should see each other again...."

Shadir sighed standing. "Another day another...oh who cares anymore. Let's just get going with the information we have and get this over with..."

Violet followed him. They would need to be slower on their way back. She regretted pushing her horse to such lengths for people who- no. She shook her head. no matter what Altair did, the others where still her brothers and sisters.

Seth pulled back, shocked. "W-why?" he said, already feeling his eyes dampen. he had finally found someone who understood how he felt, who didn't hate him because of it and who he could be totally open with. What had happened to change his mind like that...but then, maybe he was just blinded. Yahatammal had never returned his promises to be together again. He had just assumed. Seth cursed himself for being to stupid.

"Violet are you alright?" Rasul asked.

"I-we..." Yatahammal took a breath. "I lied to you....I thought this would work out but it can't not after last night. I'm sorry but I think we shouldn't see each other again." Tears sprang up in his eyes and he turned away. "I-I'm sorry but this just can't work out."

She nodded. "I'm I'll be fine."

Seth could barely look at him but he did. "Fine. Fine. Just tell me why." What he really wanted to do was hold the man until his tears stopped.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Rasul offered. "I mean it's best to tell others of your thinking so it doesn't fester. I know it was a lot to take in but I mean it was foreseeable."

"Do you promise not to be mad?" Yatahammal sniffed. "You see after a deep thought about what it would be like I think it would be better if I went with a nice girl...I don't want anyone to look down upon you, and I kinda want a family to come home to."
