So she's figured that they're not in the same realm anymore

Soon the area brightens. The trees seem to be made from colored glass, leaving watery colorful stains along the road where the light hits the leaves.

She wondered where on earth they were

They drive for a long while. It seems to be daytime here, though she doesn't see a sun in the sky or anything else that could be making it bright.

She's kind of entranced by the landscape

Soon they enter a neighborhood. All the houses are large -mansion sized- and they all look incredibly nice. A few seem to be abandoned, however.

She wondered why

Each house has distinct features. One of the abandoned ones has unique trees no other house has. One of the occupied houses has prismatic walls that make it look as if it was painted with a rainbow. A third is made purely of gold. A fourth is completely underwater.

She's very curious, examining each of the houses

They're all beautful.
